   Proposal Description:
   To examine the interaction between APOE Genotype and lifestyle risk factors (smoking, alcohol, BMI, physical activity, diabetes, blood pressure, CVD risk factors, lipids battery) after controlling subject demographics on: 1) Conversion from cognitive Normal, mild cognitive impairment to dementia. 2) CSF biomarkers such as amyloid beta and tau in clinical disorders. 3). Cognitive function measures such as MMSE CDR. 4). Mortality due to dementia.
